The MCS Soundtrack was written, arranged and produced by Blair Joscelyne of Studio 3MP, in Boroadway, Sydney. Blair recorded the 40-piece Amber Petal Orchestra as each instrument individually (as opposed to all together), backing up their sound with a sampled synthesizer.

The final mix was performed at Studio NuVu, in Chippendale, Sydney.

The end credits song How Blue is the Moon was written especially for the film by songwriter, performer and author Ron Jon, who also croons the vocals. How Blue is the Moon was recorded in one night at Megaphon Studios by Shane Fahey, with Andrew Noble on piano and Blair Joscelyne on backing strings sampled synth.

Music post production, including remixing and 'aging' was by Dominic Hilbrink.
